SOCAR Turkey Petrol Enerji Dağıtım A.Ş. entered the market by signing a 5-year marine fuel storage and supply agreement with Delta Rubis.

Delta Rubis constructed the largest jetty in the Mediterranean, with 6 berths, a maximum draft of 19 meters, and a capacity of 200,000 DWT vessels.

Delta Rubis secured a USD 65 million loan from the BNP Paribas / TEB Consortium for the jetty investment.

Rubis Terminal Petrol completed and inaugurated the 2.3 km, 6-berth jetty investment, capable of accommodating vessels up to 287 meters in length. The first operation took place on August 3, 2015.

Rubis Terminal acquired all shares of Delta and continued operating in Türkiye under the name Rubis Terminal Petrol.
